System Diagnostic
The system diagnostic
will determine if and what component(s) might be defective within
a computer system.
We will check
the memory, mainboard, video card, network card, hard drive(s),
powersupply and ROM drives. We will also check for compatibility
issues within those components. We will check for over-heating issues.
We will check for operating system faults or software configuration
problems, including spyware/malware or virus issues.
In most cases,
the system diagnostic can determine what the problem might be with
a computer. After performing this analysis, we will contact you
of what component(s), if any, will need to be repaired or replaced.
In some cases,
a system diagnostic fee can cover the repair an issue. However,
in most cases, additional repair costs will incur. Often these are
flat fee based as specified on the the service rate table. Any hardware
costs are extra.
The system diagnostic
fee is due and payable upon sign-in of any and most computer systems
when the system is brought to compuresource and is non-refundable.
The system diagnostic
fee applies to computer clones only. Proprietary systems, e.g. Dell,
HP, Compaq, IBM,or Apple system diagnostic fees might be higher.
However, in most cases, it is $30 as specified.
Laptops
diagnostic fees are $50 and are due on sign-in of the device.
System diagnostic
does not come with any form of warranties or guarantees.
