Onsite Service

The labour cost specified covers the cost of a 1 (one) hour visit to your location within Mississauga or Oakville.

Outside Mississauga or Oakville, extra charges might apply.

The charge specified covers 1 (one) hour spent at your location and does not include any hardware costs.

There is no Warranty or Guarantee that a job can be completed within 1 (one) hour. However, from our experience, most onsite work can be performed within 1(one) or two hours. E.g., the setup of a wireless router and one computer.

However, some work such as virus/malware or spyware removal is best not done onsite, as the cost could be extensive due to the time involved to scan a machine.

Suspected hardware issues can also be very cost prohibitive if performed onsite. E.g., a thorough memory or hard drive check will take over an hour each, and hence, will cost close to $200 in labour if performed onsite. This does not include the replacement cost of the defective hardware or installation time thereof. This is in stark contrast to the the system diagnostic charge within the store of $30 per computer.

In cases like the one above, we will propose to take the machine with us to be tested at shop rates within the store. The onsite charge of $85 plus applicable taxes is still applicable and cannot be waved and is due upon completion of the visit.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the costs associated of an onsite visit.

If a job exceeds one hour, consecutive time is charged in 1 (one) hour increments at $85 plus taxes each. Hence, 10 minutes over 1 hour will cost an extra $85 plus applicable taxes.

It is at the discretion of the technician to leave a job site at any time when he/she deems it necessary, whether a problem is solved or not.

A job deemed completed by the technician does not come with any form of Warranty or Guarantee for any time period.

If a technician is invited to return to the customers location for additional or follow up work, the visit is charged again on an hourly bases at $85 plus applicable taxes per visit.

All charges are due on completion of an onsite appointment and must be paid via credit card or cash.
